A.P.E. Summer Session        More about A.P.E.

A.P.E. would like to announce its next strength and conditioning class that will be taking place this summer.  The class will run for 6 weeks (spread over 7) and begins on Monday, June 17th and ends on Thursday, August 1stClasses will run on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays and will have a 2:00-3:00pm AND 3:00-4:00pm section.  Cost of the class is $577.50 (cash/check discounted rate of $550) and current Baseball U players receive a discounted price of $491 (cash/check discounted rate of $467.50).  Please be sure to declare which class section you prefer when signing up, as they will be filled based on order of response.  Each class section will be limited to 10 athletes.  The more frequent four day split routine will allow for maximal effort in the weight room without over-taxing the athletes due to shorter individual lifting sessions.  Each session will last one hour with a focus on maintaining strength, power, range of motion and flexibility as well as injury preventionPlease do not feel that because your son/daughter may have practices or games scheduled on some of the class days that they cannot still make great gains with this class.  Staying in the weight room is essential to maintaining strength, improving performance, and staying healthy over the long summer season.  We will work to adjust training volume/intensity on days in which players also have games so that they may have time to recover and perform at a high level during those games.  Contact Lemoyne College's Strength and Conditioning Coach and Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist Ben Gaal directly at 315-447-9759 or ben@cnybaseballwarehouse.com to register.  Please do not hesitate to call with questions regarding the class or if you have issues with scheduling (especially the first week as some kids will still be in school), as we can often work around many situations.
